There is a flat fee price of $100 per drive for evaluation of the drive recovery. If you choose to go forward with the recovery, that fee is applied to the recovery cost.

Once you have decided to send us the drive, download our hard drive shipping form, fill it out and sign it, then return it with your drive when you ship it to us.

Please package the drive carefully to avoid any damage during shipping. Once packaged, send the drive, along with the completed form to the following address.

Make sure you package the drive in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendation on shipping their hard drive. Mark the package as containing Electronic Media - DO NOT EXPOSE TO MAGNETIC FIELDS. Then, send it by UPS, FedEx, Airborne, or any shipping method that allows the package to be tracked.

Please insure the drive and double check the addressing. LC Technology International is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in shipping.
